Installation and commissioning support are different phases with different intensity. If the requirement runs through to loop checking and energisation, say so up front, because the crew shape and the duration profile change.
Heavy power cable on a plant is pulled, not carried. Drums are set up at the right end, rollers are placed at every bend, and the pulling tension and minimum bending radius from the cable data sheet are respected, or the insulation is damaged before the cable is ever energised. In hazardous areas, glanding follows the certified gland type. Share the cable schedule and the heaviest runs, so the crew and helpers are sized for the pulls you actually have.
On a plant, earthing is not an afterthought. Equipment, cable tray, structures and tanks are bonded to the earthing system, and in hazardous areas bonding also controls static. Earth continuity and earth resistance tests are usually witnessed before energisation, and missing bonds are among the most common items on an electrical punch list. If your scope includes the earthing system, say so, so electricians who have installed and tested it are put forward.
Industrial electricians usually work in crews under an electrician foreman, with helpers on cable pulling and tray installation. Panel board electricians take the board terminations, and E&I technicians handle the instruments on the same plant. On shutdowns, the electrical crew works around the mechanical isolation plan.
