Complete RFQs get a response within 24 hours: a priced quotation, or an acknowledgement with any questions needed to price it. A complete RFQ states the trades and quantity for each, the site, start date, duration, shift pattern and card requirements. Responses are sent Sunday to Thursday.

The trade and headcount for each role, the project site and city, the start date and expected duration, the shift pattern, and any card or site approvals the site requires (for example TUV cards or Aramco certification). Say whether your site provides accommodation and transport. The more complete the RFQ, the faster it can be priced.

There is no published minimum crew size or contract duration. Send the actual requirement, from one trade to a full multi-trade crew, and it will be quoted.

Yes. Download the RFQ template from the request page, list each trade with its quantity and requirements, and attach it to the form or email it. You can also attach your own Excel or PDF crew list.

Mobilization of in-Kingdom personnel to project sites anywhere in Saudi Arabia takes 48–72 hours from purchase order (PO), subject to worker documents and site approvals.

Offices in Dammam (head office), Jubail Industrial City and Al Khobar; manpower supplied to projects anywhere in Saudi Arabia. Crews have been supplied to projects in Riyadh, Jazan, Madinah, Tabuk and Yanbu as well as the Eastern Province.

Yes. Gulf Orbit has supplied turnaround and outage crews in Jubail Industrial City, Ras Tanura and Yanbu. Send the shutdown window, trades and headcount early so documents and site approvals are ready before the window opens.

The published register lists 57 documented trades across civil construction, mechanical and electrical, and site and office staff, from scaffolders, welders and pipe fitters to crane operators, supervisors and HSE officers. Any mix can be requested in one RFQ.

TUV-carded workers are available for trades that require a TUV card. Aramco-certified and non-Aramco workers are both available. Card copies are sent with CVs for your approval before mobilization. TUV cards apply to trades such as scaffolders, riggers, crane operators and forklift operators. State in your RFQ which your site requires.

Level III riggers, who sling loads and signal the crane. Level III is the rigger level Gulf Orbit supplies. State in your RFQ the lift type and any card the site requires.

Yes. Gulf Orbit has supplied operators for mobile cranes from 25 t to over 250 t (truck-mounted, rough-terrain and all-terrain). Tower crane operators are also on the register. State the crane type, capacity and any card the site requires.

A CV, iqama and profession documents, and card copies where the trade holds a card. Worker documents are reviewed per project. List any site-specific approvals in the RFQ so they are handled before mobilization, not at the gate.

Every worker completes Gulf Orbit's safety induction before deployment, and the induction record is kept. Site-specific training is confirmed per site.

Yes. Gulf Orbit Company is registered under CR 7023622322. The pre-qualification page lists the company and worker documents available. Send your vendor form and document list, and Gulf Orbit will confirm what can be provided.

Pricing depends on the trade, headcount, duration, location, shift pattern and any card or site requirements. Rates are not published; they are quoted per RFQ.

Yes. Scaffolder supply and scaffolding rental and erection are Gulf Orbit's core services. Manpower supply builds on them with the full trade register, so one RFQ can cover scaffolders and the other trades on your site.

Crews are matched to the system your site runs: Cuplock, Ringlock, Kwikstage, tube-and-fitting, suspended access or mobile towers. Name the system in your RFQ. For scaffolding rental, confirm the system and quantity you need so availability can be checked.
