Worker documentation before mobilization
Every worker proposed for a requirement has iqama, identification and trade documentation submitted for client review before mobilization. Client approval of the worker profiles is a required step, not a courtesy — nobody travels to your site until you have signed off.
Working under Saudi labour law
Workers supplied by Gulf Orbit are engaged under Saudi Labour Law and the regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. Site-specific safety inductions, permit-to-work requirements and access rules are followed as directed by the client on every requirement.
Safety induction before deployment
Every worker completes Gulf Orbit's safety induction before deployment, and the induction record is kept. Your own site induction, permit-to-work briefing and any specialised training your site requires are confirmed per site, so tell us what your site runs and workers are scheduled through it before day one.
Worker cards are worker-level, not a company approval
TUV-carded workers are available for trades that require a TUV card, and both Aramco-certified and non-Aramco workers are available. These are cards and certifications held by individual workers, confirmed per request. They are not a vendor approval of Gulf Orbit by Aramco or any other client, and we do not describe them as one.
What we don't claim
We do not publish certifications, memberships, awards or client names we cannot evidence. If a specific certification, trade test or client-side qualification is required for your site, tell us in the requirement — that is handled through worker matching and documentation review, not through a badge on this page.

We publish only certifications we can evidence, and we do not currently hold or claim ISO or similar third-party certifications. If your site requires a specific certification or trade test for particular workers, tell us in the requirement and it is addressed during worker matching.
Is Gulf Orbit a vendor approved by Aramco?
We do not claim a vendor approval from Aramco. What we supply is Aramco-certified workers, and non-Aramco workers, as your site requires. Those certifications belong to the individual workers, and card copies come with the CVs for your approval.
