TUV Card Requirements by Trade on Saudi Sites
Which supplied trades usually need a TUV card on Saudi industrial and construction sites, which don't, and how to check a card before mobilization.
Which resource to use, and when
Each resource answers one question at one stage of buying manpower. Use them in this order: scope the requirement, plan any shutdown window, understand the quotation, choose the right route, and check worker cards before mobilization. None of them asks for your email, and none of them publishes rates.

- Shutdown manpower planning checklist
Months before a turnaround window: the planning questions that decide whether the crew is available.
- How manpower supply is priced
Before reviewing a quotation: the rate drivers and the line items a complete quotation itemises.
- Manpower supply vs labour leasing vs recruitment
Before choosing a route: who employs the worker, how long each route takes, and which documents apply.
- TUV card requirements by trade
Before mobilization: which trades usually carry a TUV card, why welders do not, and how to check a card.
Why these are free, with no sign-up
There is no download gate or email sign-up form behind these pages, because that would mean building a document-storage pipeline we do not use anywhere else on the site. Instead, each page is built to be printed or saved as a PDF straight from your browser's own print dialog, and the actual conversion path is the request-a-quote link at the bottom of the page, not the download itself.
How these guides connect to an actual request
Everything on these pages is drawn from what is already documented and used elsewhere on the site — the manpower request form's own fields, the mobilization sequence explained on how it works, and the shutdown manpower service page — nothing here introduces a new claim. Use the manpower requirement checklist before sending a request, the shutdown planning checklist ahead of a turnaround window, and the pricing guide to understand what actually drives a quotation before you review one.
Frequently asked questions
What should a manpower RFQ include?+
The trade and headcount for each role, the project site and city, the start date and expected duration, the shift pattern, and any card or site approvals the site requires (for example TUV cards or Aramco certification). Say whether your site provides accommodation and transport. The more complete the RFQ, the faster it can be priced.
Can I send my crew list as a spreadsheet?+
Yes. Download the RFQ template from the request page, list each trade with its quantity and requirements, and attach it to the form or email it. You can also attach your own Excel or PDF crew list.
What documents come with each worker?+
A CV, iqama and profession documents, and card copies where the trade holds a card. Worker documents are reviewed per project. List any site-specific approvals in the RFQ so they are handled before mobilization, not at the gate.
How is manpower priced?+
Pricing depends on the trade, headcount, duration, location, shift pattern and any card or site requirements. Rates are not published; they are quoted per RFQ.
