How It Works
No pricing on this page — just the actual sequence between your requirement arriving and workers standing at your gate, including documentation, your approval, and the purchase order step.
Trade or service, headcount, site city, start date, expected duration and shift pattern. If you know them, permit requirements, site induction rules and any certification the role needs all shorten what happens next. A requirement sent through the site, WhatsApp or by phone all reach the same team.
The requirement is checked against what is available for your dates, and anything in the scope likely to affect mobilization — an unusual trade combination, a very short lead time, a remote site — is flagged back to you before matching starts.
Workers are matched to the trade and to the site conditions, not just the job title. Industrial and building-site experience are treated as different things, and a welding grade, material or certification you specify is matched exactly rather than approximated.
Iqama, identification and trade documentation for each proposed worker are submitted for your review. Nobody is mobilized before you have approved the profiles — this step exists so the first time you see a worker's paperwork is not the day they arrive at your gate.
A quotation is issued against the confirmed scope. A purchase order is required before mobilization begins — this is a fixed part of how the company operates, not a negotiable step.
Workers are briefed on your site induction, permit-to-work and access requirements before they start. Where your site runs its own qualification test or authorisation process, tell us in the requirement so it is scheduled rather than discovered on day one.
Attendance, replacement and scale-up for the duration of the requirement are handled through a single point of contact — the same person who took the original requirement, not a rotating queue.
Trade or service, headcount, site city, start date and duration are the minimum. Shift pattern, certification requirements, and whether accommodation or transport are provided by you change the quotation and are worth including up front.
It depends on headcount, site location, documentation and how quickly submitted worker profiles are approved. A small crew in the Eastern Province typically moves faster than a large crew mobilizing to a distant site. Share your start date with the requirement and mobilization is planned against it.
Yes. A purchase order is required before mobilization begins on every requirement, regardless of size.
Yes — this is the normal sequence, not an optional extra. Iqama, identification and trade documentation are submitted for client review and approval before anyone is mobilized.
Tell us what the process involves when you raise the requirement. Workers are then put forward against that standard and the test or induction is scheduled as part of mobilization, rather than discovered after arrival.
Yes. Scale-up, scale-down and replacement of individual workers are handled through the same point of contact who took the original requirement, for the duration of the requirement.
Yes, particularly for time-sensitive work such as a shutdown or turnaround window. Partial information sent early is generally more useful than complete information sent late, because availability against a fixed date is often the real constraint.
Whichever is easiest for you. The contact form captures the same information as a phone call or WhatsApp message; all three reach the same team and are reviewed the same way.
