Gulf Orbit Company (CR 7023622322) is a Saudi scaffolding contractor. It erects, modifies and dismantles scaffolding with its own material or on yours, through to handover to your site team. It rents steel scaffolding in three systems (cuplock, ringlock and tube-and-coupler), and supplies TUV-carded scaffolders and Aramco-approved scaffolding supervisors, as well as non-Aramco supervisors where the site does not require it. Material and crews go to sites in every city in Saudi Arabia, from offices in Dammam, Jubail Industrial City and Al Khobar.

Steel scaffolding systems we rent

Gulf Orbit rents three systems. Each suits different work, so tell us the structure and the work at each level, and the system is proposed with the quotation.

Cuplock

Vertical standards with cup joints at 0.5 m intervals; ledger blades are locked by the top cup, so one action fixes up to four ledgers at a node.

Suits: Façades, regular access bays, birdcages and support for formwork, where the grid repeats.

Ringlock

A rosette at every 0.5 m on the standard takes ledgers and diagonals at several angles, locked with a wedge.

Suits: Industrial structures, tanks and vessels, stair towers and shapes that do not sit on a square grid.

Tube and coupler

48.3 mm steel tubes joined with right-angle, swivel and sleeve couplers, so the scaffold can follow any geometry.

Suits: Refinery and plant work around pipework and equipment, and any access the modular systems cannot reach.

Scaffolders and supervisors

Every scaffolding job depends on the people on it. Gulf Orbit supplies scaffolders with TUV cards where your site requires them, helpers to move material, lead men, and Aramco-approved scaffolding supervisors or non-Aramco supervisors, depending on your site. The Aramco approval belongs to each supervisor personally, not to Gulf Orbit as a company. See Aramco-approved scaffolding supervisors for how supervision is requested.

Card copies are sent with the CVs for your approval before mobilization, and every worker completes Gulf Orbit's safety induction before deployment; the record is kept. Your site's own induction and any specialised training are confirmed per site.

Industrial and shutdown scaffolding

Plant work changes the job. Scaffolds go up around live equipment, get modified as the mechanical work moves, and must come down inside a fixed window. Gulf Orbit has supplied turnaround and outage crews in Jubail Industrial City, Ras Tanura and Yanbu.

Scaffolding by city

Scaffolding material and crews are supplied to sites in every city in Saudi Arabia, managed from the offices in Dammam, Jubail Industrial City and Al Khobar. Each city page covers the local work, site rules and logistics: Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Dammam and Dhahran, Al Khobar, Al-Ahsa, Jubail, Ras Tanura, Yanbu, Jazan and Tabuk. For a site far from the Eastern Province, send the location early: transport of material and crew is planned with the quotation, and accommodation and transport for the crew are quoted on request.

What you receive before work starts

Before mobilization you receive the CVs of the proposed scaffolders and supervisors with their card copies, for your approval. Gulf Orbit's commercial registration and VAT registration are available for your vendor file; see registration and compliance.

If your site keeps its own vendor file, say which documents it needs in the RFQ, so they are sent with the quotation rather than after the purchase order.

Can you erect and dismantle scaffolding on our own material?

Yes. Scaffolders, lead men and supervisors can be supplied to erect, modify and dismantle your material, working under your site's direction. See scaffolder supply.

Do you provide the material and the crew together?

Yes. In a full package Gulf Orbit supplies the material and the crew, erects the scaffold, hands it over to your site team, and returns for modifications and dismantling.

Which scaffolding systems do you have?

Gulf Orbit rents cuplock, ringlock and tube-and-coupler scaffolding. The system for a job is proposed from the structure and the work at each level.

Can you work on Aramco sites?

Yes. Aramco-approved scaffolding supervisors are available, each holding the approval individually, along with non-Aramco supervisors and TUV-carded scaffolders are available where the site requires the card. Card copies are sent with CVs for approval, and the site's own induction is confirmed per site.

How fast can a scaffolding crew start?

Mobilization of in-Kingdom personnel takes 48–72 hours from purchase order, subject to worker documents and site approvals. When material is also needed, its delivery date is confirmed with the quotation.

Do you supply scaffolding outside the Eastern Province?

Yes. Scaffolding material and crews are supplied to sites in every city in Saudi Arabia. Send the site location so transport is planned with the quotation; accommodation and transport for the crew are quoted on request.

Why are there no prices on the site?

Scaffolding cost depends on the system, the quantity, the duration, the crew and the site's access rules, so each job is quoted. Complete RFQs get a priced quotation or an acknowledgement within 24 hours.
