A turnaround brings a large crew in for a fixed window and releases it. Routine plant maintenance is the opposite: a smaller, stable crew that stays for months, works inside the plant's normal operation, and takes on preventive maintenance, running repairs, small modifications and tie-ins as they come up. A typical routine crew combines mechanical fitters for pumps, valves and small rotating equipment; pipe fitters and welders for line repairs and tie-ins; E&I technicians and industrial electricians for instruments, motors and distribution; riggers and scaffolders for access and lifting; and helpers, with a supervisor and a storekeeper. A maintenance crew becomes more productive as it learns the plant: where the equipment is, how the permit office works, which isolation points belong to which unit. That knowledge leaves with every worker who is rotated out. State the expected duration, the rotation and leave pattern you expect, and which positions should stay with the same person, such as the supervisor and the lead E&I technician. Rotation and leave arrangements are agreed in the contract.
Industrial plants in Jubail, Yanbu, Dammam and Ras Tanura run their own security, induction and permit-to-work rules. Gate passes are requested ahead of the start date. Every worker completes Gulf Orbit's safety induction before mobilization and the record is kept; specialised training such as confined space, LOTO or working at height is confirmed per site. Worker documents are reviewed per project, and cards and plant access are approved per worker, so a stable crew also avoids repeating approvals.
TUV-carded workers are available for trades that require a TUV card, such as scaffolders, riggers and crane operators, and riggers are supplied at Level III. Aramco-certified and non-Aramco workers are both available. Welders are qualified by WPQ test to your procedures. CVs and card copies are sent for your approval before mobilization.

Send the plant, unit and city; the trades and headcount, with the supervisor and lead positions named; the expected duration, working hours, shift pattern, rotation and leave pattern; card requirements, welding procedures and the permit-to-work system; who supplies hand tools and consumables; and whether accommodation and transport should be quoted, which is on request.
