Knowledge Economic City and the newer residential districts are larger, more open sites with steady programmes: offices, schools, housing and services. Scaffolds here climb with buildings over many months, so a stable crew with one lead scaffolder and helpers works better than a large crew in short bursts. Send the building heights and phases, so the headcount follows the structure.
Industrial city maintenance
Factories in Madinah's industrial city need access for maintenance, painting and equipment changes, under each factory's permit and scaffold tagging rules. Some require TUV-certified scaffolders or a supervisor approved for their procedure. Climate and working hours
Madinah is hot and dry in summer, with cooler nights than the coast, and outdoor work stops for the summer midday hours from June to mid-September.
